Mindfulness can be the pulsation between effort and ease
The first person outreach page of the blog of Speaking of Faith, soon to be “Being,” sounds like a wonderful place to collect the treasured wisdom of ordinary people. I love Biswas’s description of what is essentially pulsation, and finding the perfect moment of stillness within. I think the beauty of the photo is evidence itself of the fruit of such pulsation between effort and ease. This is among the qualities one seeks to cultivate in the practice of Anusara yoga, which is resonant to the extent it reflects everyday life, which in part is to say Nature. May your consideration of Biswas’s photo and words create for you a moment that inspires you to seek other such paradoxical moments in your own everyday life.
